8. Any donations to individuals will incur and 20% administration charge to help maintain the quality of service for each and every person.

 

9. Any payments or donation’s will be made as secure as possible and all payments take approx 5 working days for the individual to be in receipt off. all payments are made using Pay-Pal and terms and conditions of which can be found on there website at www.paypal.co.uk

 

10. all purchases made for individuals take a maximum of 28 days to reach the correct person in need. ( You Can Request An Update Anytime)

 

11. All purchases of food and coffee are completed by third party organisers and any responsibility of service or product quality is down to the liability of the establishment purchased from and not rise and shine signpost , any complaints should be forwarded to us and you will be forwarded the information regarding your purchase location and establishment name.

 

12. rise and shine signpost will accept no responsibility for any failed to collect order’s or mistakes made during purchase.

 

13. rise and shine signpost will make every effort to provide goods and services to individuals that have been pacifically selected to receive donations via the website, but in no way can be held responsible for any individual who has absconded from any contact , in any result of donations pending and the individual no being present to claim funds and donations they will be placed on hold for 56 days for them, if they so return , and then if failure still to claim still after the hold time donations will then be provided to an individual with less donation’s.

17. all the individuals profiles are true stories and we endeavour to make sure all the information displayed is as factual as possible , but in some cases people can mis guide services on there past and in this case we can not give the assurance that each story is 100% truth but we will make every effort to showcase a persons life based on there communication of events.

(each name and location has been changed to remove of any risk to the individual based on information seen on this site - in this case the story and name match to the individual kept on a private system held by rise and shine.)

 

18. we will accept no responsibility for personal psychological effects to either the website user ,the person in need or any other 3rd party, after reading a persons personal profile.
