Out Of Hours Outreach Bus

For the past twelve months we have been meeting individuals via outreach and attending to a person to a place more convenient for them.  This unfortunately has come at a cost and  has caused us great delays in helping more people who are in need. A service like ourselves is much needed to support people through those tough times. 

 

We have a forever growing Statistic of homelessness and poverty here in Hailsham and in the UK as a whole , and more needs to be done!! 

 

Our future plans are to develop a place to work from in Hailsham so we help more people in need and make our service more beneficial and accessible for those who currently who are in a crisis.

 

As we move forward with modern day life and vehicles and technology our old stuff becomes outdated , it either ends up on the scrap pile at the local junk yard or in the drawer tucked away , our future plan is purchase an old retired Double Decker bus and Up-cycle it into an out of hours crisis access centre and drop in centre for people in need. we plan to have on board facilities to help people in need meet their day to day needs of personal hygiene and also offer support to those when services are stretched or unavailable to someone in need.
