We offer many different roofing construction services including commercial roofing and domestic roofing and much more . With over 25 years of expert knowledge we will ensure every job is finished to the highest standard.
Domestic
Our larger teams carry out the re-roofing projects across the South. We will advise and obtain all building regulation approval.
We have a dedicated small works team for repairs ranging from leaking gutters, broken and missing tile replacement, valley renewals and storm damage and much more
Construction
Our teams are able to undertake a full-range of services including brickwork, carpentry, plastering, redecoration and stonework repairs and a variety of projects from private houses to cathedrals, schools and blocks of flats.
Many of our clients now prefer this approach as they can see the benefits of dealing with one contractor rather than many different sub-contractors.
On larger or more complex projects we are able to allocate dedicated site managers who will be responsible for organising and coordinating all direct operatives and any sub-contractors we may require.
Slating
We use a variety of slates, including natural and man-made slate.
We work extensively with sorted reclaimed Welsh and Westmorland Slates. For roofs that require new natural slates only the best quality slates will be used. From re-roofing, new extensions and new build houses to stately homes, our teams work to all current codes of practice and in accordance with the National Federation of Roofing Contractors regulations.
All slates are sourced from a wide area including Wales, Central and Northern England, Spain and Canada.
A full sample service is provided for the client so that a better informed choice can be made
Tiling
B+B Roofing And Construction carry out all types of roof tiling including modern concrete plain and interlocking tiles, machine and handmade clay tiles as well as being specialists in clay peg and clay interlocking tiles.
From simple repairs to major contracts, we have teams covering South of England. We work closely with a number of major suppliers and their technical departments. From re-roofing domestic dwellings, new extensions and new build houses to stately homes.
Lead, Copper, Zinc & Cast Iron
From Heritage to new construction, the beauty of lead, zinc and copper can be shown to be a lifetime investment. Our lead work is of the highest standard and will leave an trademark of uniqueness to your property. We can also supply, install and refurbish cast iron guttering.
Flat roofing
B+B Roofing And Construction are accredited installation and roofing contractors. We provide liquid waterproofing and single-ply membrane systems.
We work closely with a number of major installers, giving us flexibility in the products and systems used.
Our flat roofing estimators can carry out core samples when needed to determine the build up of existing roofs.
From small repairs, domestic flat roof refurbishments, new builds and green roofs, our installers are trained in every aspect.
